The bonus is set by the plan on the first paid invoice. If the account cancels or is refunded within 60 days of that invoice, the bonus is reversed in full. Enterprise accounts are priced case by case, and there is no fixed bonus for them today.

How a referral becomes yours.
90 days from the click
When someone clicks your link, she has 90 days to create her account for it to count as yours. The 30-day trial fits inside with room to spare.
The last click counts
If she clicks partner A's link and later partner B's, B gets the credit. Each new click starts the 90 days again.
New accounts only
The link counts when the account is created. Someone who already has a CleanerFlow Pro account does not become your referral by clicking your link.
You check everything
A real partner dashboard, not a black box.
Every approved partner gets a dashboard at cleanerflowpro.com/partners/dashboard. No password: you sign in with a link we send to your email. It shows the accounts created through your link, what is on hold, what has been released and what has been paid. Payments go through Stripe: Stripe itself collects your bank details and your tax form (W-9 in the US, W-8BEN outside it) and issues the 1099.

When do I actually receive money?+
The bonus is released 60 days after the referred account pays its first invoice, as long as it did not cancel or get refunded in that time. From there it goes out in the next monthly payout through Stripe, once your balance is at least $100. Below $100, the balance carries over to the next month.
How is my referral tracked?+
By your link — cleanerflowpro.com/?ref=your-code. When someone clicks it, she has 90 days to create her account for it to count as yours. The link is the only way a referral is tracked.
What if my referral cancels during the trial?+
No bonus. The bonus only exists once there is a first paid invoice — no paid invoice, no bonus. Nothing to take back either; nothing was paid.
What if my referral cancels after the first payment?+
If the account cancels or is refunded within 60 days of its first paid invoice, the bonus is reversed in full — that is what the hold is for. Your dashboard shows it when that happens.
Can I bid on the CleanerFlow brand on Google Ads?+
No. The program terms prohibit bidding on the CleanerFlow brand or near-misspellings in paid ads, and doing it ends the partnership. Promote with content, audience and community — never with brand-keyword ads.
Do I need to live in the US?+
No. Payment goes through Stripe, and Stripe collects the tax form: W-9 if you are in the US, W-8BEN if you are not. Stripe needs to be able to pay out to a bank account in your country — it tells you when you connect.
Can I refer other CleanerFlow products?+
Not today. The Partner Program covers CleanerFlow Pro only.
What if my referral changes plan later?+
The bonus is set by the plan on the first paid invoice and is paid once. If the account moves to another plan later, the bonus stays the same.
Who approves my application?+
A real person reads every application — there is no automatic approval. The answer comes by email, and you can follow the status through the private link in the confirmation email.
