Privacy Policy — Partner Program

1. What we collect from you

At application: name, e-mail, country, language, audience size, main channel, channel address, your introduction and, if any, the code of whoever referred you. After approval: your link code, the accounts attributed to you, commissions and payouts. For dashboard access: the sign-in link and the session, stored only in hashed form. We do not store your IP address. We do not store a password — you sign in through a link sent to your e-mail.

2. What Stripe collects

To pay you, Stripe collects your identity, bank details and tax form (W-9 / W-8BEN) directly from you. We keep only your Stripe account identifier and whether it can receive payouts. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.

3. Data about people who arrive through your link

When someone opens your link, the site sets attribution cookies in that person's browser (see the program's Cookies page). If they create an account, we record that it came from your code, when the click happened and the landing page address. Your dashboard shows how many accounts were created and what they earned you — not the names, e-mails or data of those accounts.

4. How we use it

To review your application, attribute referrals, calculate and pay commissions, meet tax obligations, prevent fraud (such as self-referral) and talk to you about the program. We do not sell or share partner data for advertising.

5. Who we share it with

Stripe (payouts) and Mailmundo (sending program e-mails), each only with what its job requires.

6. How long we keep it

Declined application: 12 months after the decision. Partner and attributed-referral data: while the partnership exists and for 24 months after it ends. Commission and payout history: 7 years, for accounting and tax obligations. Sign-in link: valid for 20 minutes, and the record is deleted one day after it expires. Dashboard session: 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to privacy@cleanerflowpro.com. Deletion ends your participation and does not reach what the law requires us to keep (tax history). We answer within 30 days.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CCPA / CPRA)

CleanerFlow LLC does not sell personal information of partners or program visitors to third parties under any CCPA / CPRA definition. We also do not share this information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our pages honor it automatically and do not set attribution cookies.

To exercise your CCPA rights (know / access / delete / correct / opt-out), email privacy@cleanerflowpro.com. We respond within 45 days as required by Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130(a)(2).
