Partner Agreement

This is the agreement between you (the Partner) and CleanerFlow LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, California ("CleanerFlow"), for participation in the CleanerFlow Pro Partner Program. Once your application is approved and you use your link, you accept these terms.
1. Approval and scope
Participation requires manual approval. The program covers CleanerFlow Pro subscriptions only. There is one plan today: Affiliate.
2. How you earn
You earn a one-time bonus when an account you referred pays its first CleanerFlow Pro subscription invoice: $50 on the Solo Cleaner plan, $100 on Growing Business, $500 on Cleaning Company and $1,000 on Enterprise. A zero-dollar invoice (free period, 100% discount) does not count.
3. Attribution
Referrals are made through your link. Anyone who opens it and creates a CleanerFlow Pro account within 90 days counts as your referral; the last partner link opened wins. Accounts that already existed do not create a new referral, and each account can be attributed only once. If your partnership ends, links opened after that do not count.
4. 60-day hold and reversal
The bonus is held for 60 days from the payment of the first invoice. If within that time the referred account cancels its subscription, is refunded or disputes the charge, the bonus is reversed in full. If a refund or dispute happens after the bonus was paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
5. Payouts and taxes
We pay through Stripe, once a month, the bonuses already released from the hold, from a $100 balance; below that the balance rolls over to the next month. To get paid you set up a payout account with Stripe from your dashboard; Stripe collects your bank details and tax form (W-9 in the U.S., W-8BEN outside it) and issues the applicable tax statement. Payouts are in U.S. dollars. Taxes on what you receive are your responsibility.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following breach this agreement: referring yourself or accounts you control; buying ads on the CleanerFlow name or variations of it; promising earnings, results or discounts that do not exist; spam; and any misleading promotion. A breach ends the partnership and cancels any bonus not yet paid.
7. Disclosure (FTC)
You agree to state clearly, in every promotion, that you are a paid partner of CleanerFlow Pro ("#ad", "affiliate link", "CleanerFlow Pro partner" — whatever fits your channel). Ready-made templates are in the Disclosure Kit.
8. Termination and changes
Either party may end the partnership at any time. Bonuses already released from the hold are paid, subject to the $100 minimum; those still on hold lapse. We may change the amounts or these terms for future referrals with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail; bonuses already earned follow the rules in place when they were earned.
